What you will do
- Drive district profitability and optimize customer acquisition costs across all mall locations.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop store managers, and lead sales training initiatives.
- Ensure operational excellence by championing adherence to Neo’s frameworks.
- Analyze performance trends using data to implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Independently manage your schedule to travel between mall locations daily.
- Support store manager success through guidance, coaching, and mentorship.
Requirements
- 7+ years of direct-to-consumer sales experience, preferably in door-to-door, mobile sales, or financial product sales.
- 7+ years of management and leadership experience, successfully managing teams of 10+ individuals.
- 7+ years of experience developing and delivering effective sales training programs.
- A strong network of high-performing sales representatives.
- Proven ability to drive profitability and manage performance across multiple locations.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
