• Recruit, onboard, and develop Store Managers.
• Lead sales training initiatives for the district.
• Ensure operational excellence across all mall locations.
• Utilize data-driven performance management to analyze trends and implement improvements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of direct-to-consumer sales experience, preferably in managing field sales teams.
• 7+ years of management and leadership experience with teams of 10 or more.
• High level of training and coaching proficiency.
• Strong existing network of high-performing sales representatives.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
