• Utilize data-driven performance management to analyze trends and improve efficiency.

Requirements

• 7+ years of direct-to-consumer sales experience, preferably in financial products.
• 7+ years of management and leadership experience with field sales teams.
• Strong training and coaching skills with experience in sales training programs.
• Existing network of high-performing sales representatives.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
