• Mentor and grow a team of product managers.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across various functions.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of product management experience, including 4+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience building and leading product teams in high-growth environments.
• Strong product judgment and systems thinking.
• Experience with cross-functional workstreams involving technical complexity.
• Domain experience in lending, banking, or fintech is a strong asset.
