What you will do

• Own a dedicated sub-area of Financial Operations, defining its long-term vision, roadmap, and outcomes.
• Synthesize merchant feedback, support data, and system constraints to frame and prioritize critical problems.
• Develop detailed product specifications accounting for complex edge cases such as reconciliation breaks and FX scenarios.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate technical feasibility and define leading/lagging success metrics.
• Drive end-to-end product delivery, including launch readiness and post-launch data-driven iterations.
• Translate operational complexity into clear product narratives and align cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience owning a product area or significant feature set end-to-end with measurable business impact.
• Ability to independently define problems from ambiguous or incomplete inputs.
• Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering on architecture and integration decisions.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data for tracking and evaluating product success.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional alignment.
• Must be based in Canada
