What you will do

• Become an expert on hirify.global’s business solutions and articulate value propositions to partners.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from qualifying leads to closing deals.
• Leverage multiple outreach channels to advance deals.
• Track communications and sales opportunities in a CRM system.
• Use a solutions-based approach to understand prospects' needs.
• Utilize modern sales technologies, including Generative AI tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in outbound B2B business development or similar roles.
• Natural curiosity for new technologies and a passion for efficiency.
• Proven ability to work in a high-energy environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence decision-making.
