What you will do

• Own the integrated marketing strategy, aligning investment to channels based on defined performance objectives.
• Define and deliver product-channel fit by working with channel owners to define target audiences and provide direction.
• Maintain organic web and social channels, managing updates to design and architecture, and crafting web copy.
• Serve as the expert on the competition and global market to optimize hirify.global’s product marketing and competitive edge.
• Maintain core product marketing guidelines and channel plans, providing foundational understanding of products and marketing approaches.
• Lead the development of resonant campaign-level product messaging.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product marketing experience in a high-growth environment.
• A degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Experience positioning and marketing products in a competitive and regulated environment.
• Results-oriented and data-driven with experience defining go-to-market roadmaps across all marketing channels.
• Strong communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Adaptable to new and fast-changing environments.
