TL;DR

Director, Partner Network Operations & Automation (Fintech): Overseeing the management, operations, and growth of hirify.global’s Cashback Network of thousands of partners across Canada. Focus on automation to enhance efficiency and unlock scale by leveraging the latest AI technology and marketing initiatives.

Location: Primarily collaborate in person across our Calgary, Winnipeg, and Toronto offices.

What you will do

  • Own the entire partner lifecycle and growth strategy for the network, from acquisition to retention.
  • Command the day-to-day operations of the network, from partner funding to offer configuration.
  • Drive performance of marketing campaigns associated with network partners, reporting back to the business and partners.
  • Act as the lead advocate for the network within hirify.global, working with leadership, product, and marketing teams.
  • Drive the long-term evolution of the network by identifying and implementing opportunities for automation.
  • Become the subject matter expert on internal platforms, including Salesforce for CRM, ensuring operational excellence and data integrity.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of managing a large-scale B2C network or overseeing Customer Success, Account Management, or Partner Operations for a B2B SaaS company is required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of AI/ML concepts, workflow automation, or implementing AI agent models.
  • Exceptional client-facing and communication skills, with experience building trust with senior-level executives.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, comfortable using data to build forecasts and track KPIs.
  • A track record of navigating complex internal organizations and driving projects forward with multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities.

Nice to have

  • Direct, hands-on experience with Salesforce (or a similar enterprise CRM).
  • Experience in FinTech, banking, loyalty programs, or affiliate marketing is a significant asset.
