• Oversee the full project lifecycle including requirements definition, design, implementation, and deployment.
• Manage project tasks, schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure quality delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with financial services clients.
• Mentor project staff using a hands-on approach to foster growth.
• Transform business requirements into creative solutions using existing products.
• Prepare status reports and presentations for management and customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on technology experience.
• Minimum 2 years of project management consulting experience for a software vendor.
• Proven experience managing major projects involving diverse technology groups.
• Strong negotiation, influence, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
