What you will do

  • Serve as the primary technical and operational contact for key financial partners in the Americas.
  • Coordinate with internal Engineering, Product, and Partner Management teams to deliver technical onboarding and integrations.
  • Define and monitor partner health and performance metrics to ensure SLAs are met.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive reliability, product efficiency, and alignment for Global Banks needs.
  • Oversee incident response processes, coordinate Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement remediation plans.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends and optimize partner operations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in technical partner/account management, operations, or strategic project management within payments or fintech.
  • Strong understanding of payment technologies and platform-to-partner integrations.
  • Proven track record of managing medium- to large-scale technical projects with external partners.
  • Ability to assess software integrations and apply operational best practices.
  • Must be located in Chicago and willing to travel approximately 30% for partner visits.
  • Flexibility to be on-call during seasonal peaks and provide staggered time-zone coverage.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree/MBA in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
  • Working proficiency with SQL and databases for partner-facing data analysis.
  • User-first mindset with a strong sense of urgency to scale operations.
