What you will do

• Manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring quality and budget compliance.
• Develop and monitor project plans, tracking progress against performance targets.
• Facilitate analysis of project requirements and establish cost and resource estimates.
• Coordinate with multiple functional areas including IT, Marketing, and Training, as well as external stakeholders.
• Conduct project meetings and prepare regular status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle scope changes through collaboration, negotiation, and conflict management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project management.
• Basic knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis without the need for current or future immigration sponsorship.
