TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Maitland, FL or Milwaukee, WI (25% Hybrid Model)

Salary: $53,000 - $90,400

What you will do

  • Lead benefit onboarding projects including HSA, FSA, and HRA implementations.
  • Ensure smooth transitions to service while maintaining high client satisfaction.
  • Manage internal ticketing queues and resolve issues within established SLAs.
  • Identify and address operational inefficiencies through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Support escalations and contribute to department-wide initiatives.
  • Champion a culture of accountability and innovation to empower employers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Background working with employer groups and third-party administrators.
  • Familiarity with health insurance and consumer-directed benefits (HRAs, HSAs, FSAs).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Project, Visio, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills for leading initiatives and managing client relationships.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to project management methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or PMBOK.
