Location: On-site in San Francisco

Compensation Range: $200K - $300K

What you will do

  • Manage the full-cycle sales process from prospecting to deal closing with F500 organizations.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Build lasting relationships with key stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
  • Champion hirify.global’s value proposition and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with various teams to address customer needs.
  • Represent hirify.global at events and client visits.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading complex sales cycles with large companies.
  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas in high-growth environments.
  • Results-driven approach with excellent time management skills.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Passion for climate action and mission-driven work.
  • Willingness to work in the San Francisco office 3 days a week.
