Data Analyst (AI)

Location: Hybrid at the San Francisco office, with office attendance on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

What you will do

• Explore complex healthcare data and translate findings into clear strategic narratives for product pods and business leaders.
• Define standards for hypothesis testing, experimentation design, statistical validation, and metric interpretation.
• Build and maintain automated reporting, alerting, dashboards, and validation processes.
• Partner with product and business teams to identify opportunities, troubleshoot operational bottlenecks, and measure impact.
• Provide technical guidance, documentation, and training to improve the team's analytical rigor.
• Embed data integrity, privacy, and compliance standards into analytical workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics.
• Deep proficiency in SQL and strong proficiency in Python or R.
• Expertise in statistical validation, optimization models, hypothesis testing, and advanced data manipulation.
• Experience working with ambiguous business questions and messy, multi-source data.
• Hands-on experience with visualization and dashboarding tools such as Sigma, Hex, Tableau, or Looker.
• Strong communication skills for presenting technical findings to product teams and executive leadership.

• Interest in AI-assisted analytics, analytics engineering with dbt, advanced experimentation design, or healthcare data governance.
