Associate Data Analyst (Ad Tech)

Location: Remote within the United States; employees near Bellevue, WA or New York, NY work hybrid 1–3 days per week

What you will do

• Collect, aggregate, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Write, optimize, and debug R, Python, and SQL scripts for data processing and reporting.
• Apply statistical and machine learning methods to support data-driven decisions.
• Create clear visualizations, reports, and presentations that communicate analytical findings.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, clarify requirements, develop solutions, and document project updates in JIRA.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or social science field.
• At least 1 year of coding experience in SQL or Python.
• Introductory knowledge of analytics, statistics, and AI coding tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, curiosity, and proactive problem-solving.
• Current authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Critical thinking, attention to detail, issue identification, time management, prioritization, and teamwork.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS S3, Snowflake, or Databricks.
• Prior experience in the ad tech industry.
