Data Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: On-site in San Francisco, Denver, or New York City

Salary: $135,000–$180,000 USD annual base salary, plus potential equity and benefits

What you will do

• Perform data analysis and build visualizations for engineering, product, leadership, and other stakeholders.
• Deliver internal products, tooling, and operational workflows that improve team efficiency and self-service capabilities.
• Build robust, scalable data models and high-value data products for healthcare clients.
• Maintain BI, reporting, and visualization platforms to keep data accurate, accessible, and available.
• Use data insights to support business strategy and operational decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, science, engineering, library science, or another data-intensive field.
• 4+ years of experience working with data at scale, including analysis, ETL, and process automation.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working in complex data environments.
• Ability to understand how different users work with data and build appropriate insights and tools.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex ideas simply.

Nice to have

• Experience or exposure to Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, Metabase, Terraform, Python, or dbt.
