Senior Data Analyst, GTM (AI)

Location: Remote US

US base salary: $145,000–$160,000 per year

What you will do

• Partner with Marketing, Finance, Product, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Customer Success to deliver actionable analyses.
• Explore data to identify patterns, trends, growth opportunities, and operational improvements.
• Define and manage data collection requirements across systems and functions.
• Develop, optimize, and automate data pipelines using SQL, AI, and modern data engineering tools.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards for self-service reporting across GTM and product teams.
• Present complex data through clear visualizations and presentations for executives and external partners.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in a quantitative or business field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience with advanced SQL, reporting, data analysis, and/or visualization.
• 5+ years of experience using Python for data analytics or data science projects.
• 5+ years of experience with BI and analytics tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience supporting data needs across multiple business functions.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, collaboration, and data quality skills.
