Data Analytics Intern

Location: Seattle, United States; must be able to work from the Seattle hub

Salary: $44–$59 per hour, depending on U.S. geographic pay zone

What you will do

• Develop data-driven hypotheses and apply statistical methods to evaluate product experiments, feature rollouts, and user behavior.
• Analyze user interaction and telemetry datasets to identify journey patterns, friction points, and growth opportunities.
• Partner with data science, data engineering, and business teams to turn complex analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Build scalable data artifacts, including interactive dashboards, reproducible notebooks, and AI agents or skills.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled full-time in a master’s degree program and returning after the internship; graduation by August 2028.
• Proficiency with SQL or other query languages and experience with Python or R for statistical computing, data analysis, and predictive modeling.
• Understanding of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, experimental design, A/B testing, or machine learning fundamentals.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Databricks, Mode, or other BI platforms.
• Strong communication skills for presenting quantitative insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Available for a 12-week, full-time, 40-hour-per-week program during May/June–August/September 2027; F1 and J1 students are not eligible and work sponsorship is unavailable.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with modern AI tools and generative AI workflows, including LLM APIs, AI coding assistants, prompt engineering, or AI agents and skills.
