Data Analyst (AI)

Location: Hybrid role; candidates must reside within reasonable proximity to a hirify.global Center of Excellence office in Stamford, CT or Irving, TX. U.S. work authorization is required.

Salary: $59,000–$78,000 USD annually, plus eligible bonus or incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Analyze large volumes of product, client interaction, content, event, demand, staffing, cost, and associate performance data.
• Support analytical projects across advanced analytics, data science, project management, and data engineering through 3–4 structured rotations.
• Apply statistical analysis, machine learning, AI, data visualization, and large language model tools to business problems.
• Build dashboards, reports, rollout plans, success criteria, and performance metrics to support data-driven decisions.
• Assist with data pipelines and collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, Information Technology, and the Chief Data Office.
• Communicate findings, explain data sources, perform root-cause analysis, and drive improvements in data quality and business processes.

Requirements

• Internship or academic experience analyzing large volumes of data with analytical tools.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in statistics, data science, mathematics, engineering, operations research, computer science, or economics.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; intermediate SQL, Python or R; Power BI experience is preferred.
• Ability to solve complex problems, communicate data-driven insights, work independently, collaborate with stakeholders, and demonstrate initiative.
• U.S. work authorization is required.
• Must reside within reasonable proximity to the Stamford, CT or Irving, TX hirify.global office locations.
