• Collaborate with the CEO to prepare for key meetings and engagements.
• Identify and drive talent development opportunities across the organization.

Requirements

• BA with 10+ years of relevant experience; MBA preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional presentation skills and ability to visualize complex data.
• Experience in driving company-level QBRs and managing OKR processes.
• Familiarity with strategic planning in technology or SaaS environments.
