Product Engineer (Staff)

Location: Mostly remote with occasional visits to the Houston, Texas office.

Salary: $250,000–$300,000 annually.

What you will do

• Own the web platform and influence its technical direction during the next stage of growth.
• Build customer-facing applications, internal tooling, and data-rich dashboards.
• Develop new products and features from the ground up and support the transition from 0 to 1 to scale.
• Shape front-end architecture, design systems, and the broader product experience.
• Make hands-on technical decisions and solve ambiguous product engineering problems.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in web or product engineering.
• Strong experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Track record of taking products from 0 to 1 to scale.
• Strong knowledge of front-end architecture and design systems.
• Hands-on approach with a willingness to take ownership and work autonomously.

Nice to have

• Experience with IoT, telemetry, data-intensive products, or AI-powered products.
