TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Sales): Prospecting key decision-makers and leads, maintaining active engagement with leads until they are qualified for demos with an accent on SMB and SaaS-selling techniques. Focus on exceeding monthly quotas, partnering with experienced Account Executives to help fill sales pipelines, and becoming an industry expert across several verticals.

Location: On-site in Santa Monica, CA

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 on target earnings with uncapped commissions

What you will do

  • Participate in a training program to get up to speed on the industry, product, sales cycle, and direct competitors.
  • Develop cold calling stamina and become a hunter, prospecting key decision-makers and leads.
  • Excel in full life-cycle SMB and SaaS-selling techniques.
  • Maintain active engagement with leads until they are qualified for demos.
  • Partner with experienced Account Executives to help fill sales pipelines.
  • Surpass monthly quotas and exceed expectations.

Requirements

  • A quick problem-solver with an ability to think on your toes.
  • Inquisitive by nature.
  • Tech-savvy with a knack for explaining technology to others.
  • A strong communicator with uncanny organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and startup culture.
  • Multilingual/ Bilingual is required (Spanish)

Nice to have

  • Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
