What you will do

• Develop and maintain relationships with Congressional staff and regulatory decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to shape outreach and raise awareness about hirify.global’s impact.
• Identify key legislation and communicate implications to internal stakeholders.
• Work with business leads to develop policy positions and draft legislative language.
• Conduct research and generate communications materials as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with US Congress or Federal agencies.
• Strong policy expertise in cybersecurity, AI, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to expand networks across the US Federal government.
• Interest in understanding technology driving hirify.global’s products.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
