What you will do
- Own frontline customer support and resolve issues via various communication channels.
- Execute customer onboarding tasks and conduct training sessions.
- Create help articles and resources for customer self-service.
- Maintain customer health documentation and track adoption metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement by documenting feedback and streamlining workflows.
Requirements
- 3-4+ years of accounting experience, including Big 4 public accounting.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering thoughtful support.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Technical and detail-oriented with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to operate with urgency and collaborate effectively.
