What you will do

• Manage transaction lifecycle from quote to cash, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Review and maintain pipeline and forecast with Client Directors.
• Work independently with customers to address questions and provide solutions.
• Assist in structuring deals and preparing pricing proposals.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships for improved communication and pricing.
• Coordinate monthly meetings to review invoice aging reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2-3 years of Sales Support experience preferred, especially in Technology.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM preferred.
• Strong mathematical aptitude and organizational skills.
