What you will do
- Engage with end users through various mediums to deliver value through platform adoption.
- Monitor usage and lead client sessions to unblock barriers to feature adoption.
- Guide new clients through onboarding and training to ensure strong foundation.
- Partner with sales to support renewals and articulate hirify.global’s value.
- Leverage insights and analytics to anticipate risks and highlight wins.
- Act as the advocate for client needs by collaborating with internal teams.
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
- Proven ability to build relationships and drive measurable business outcomes.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in a cross-functional environment.
