• Own core product features from concept through implementation and iterative improvement.
• Design and build scalable systems (70% backend, 30% frontend) that power real-time, high-volume workflows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, Designers, and Engineers to shape and deliver intuitive, performant experiences.
• Mentor and support teammates by sharing knowledge and offering feedback.
• Drive technical excellence by helping define and uphold coding standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience owning features or products through the full lifecycle.
• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience building applications with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience working with an RDBMS using SQL.
• Deep appreciation for simple, maintainable, and well-tested code.
