TL;DR
Senior Fullstack Engineer (TypeScript/React): Developing and optimizing the new patient experience and onboarding systems with an accent on conversion rates and seamless digital start-of-care. Focus on building scalable frontend experiences in React and robust backend services on AWS.
Location: Remote (US). Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify)
Salary: $160,000 – $180,000

What you will do
- Lead the design, development, and rollout of product features that directly impact patient growth and conversion.
- Write clear technical specifications, define architecture, and identify risks before project kickoffs.
- Build intuitive frontend experiences in React and TypeScript.
- Design and maintain robust backend services and APIs in TypeScript/Node.js running on AWS.
- Champion engineering best practices including code reviews, documentation, testing, and post-mortems.
- Mentor teammates and take on tech lead responsibilities for high-impact initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong expertise in TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React preferred).
- Solid experience building backend services in TypeScript (Node.js, Express, or similar).
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects from design through production.
- Experience collaborating with product and growth teams to design A/B tests and iterate quickly.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (Form I-9/E-Verify)
Nice to have
- Experience with experimentation platforms, analytics tools, or conversion optimization.
- Familiarity with healthcare, telehealth, or regulated industries.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
