What you will do

• Design and implement project work, mentoring junior developers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with designers and Product Managers using Agile to estimate and plan deliverables.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Utilize AI-powered and agentic developer tools such as Claude Code, Devin, and GitHub Copilot to increase velocity and quality.
• Engage directly with enterprise clients to gather requirements and provide technical updates.
• Create comprehensive documentation and diagrams for complex technical solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a full-stack JavaScript developer.
• Expertise in React, Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, and Next.js.
• Experience with eCommerce or retail POS/OMS systems.
• Must be based in Mexico to comply with local employment laws and benefits.
• Strong client-facing communication skills and critical thinking regarding AI integration.

Nice to have

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
