What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Solutions Architects.
• Develop and oversee the creation of reference architectures, guides, labs, and demos for solutions and products.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality technical solutions training for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to support go-to-market and adoption activities.
• Engage with customers to understand their business processes and product needs.

Requirements

• Experience managing and developing technical teams in technical marketing or solutions architecture.
• Strong networking domain expertise and experience in SD-WAN and/or network performance management technologies.
• Extensive customer and field experience (10+ years in a TME, Sales Engineering, or customer-facing role).
• Success in building demos and creating technical content.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.

Nice to have

• Technical certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or other) demonstrating knowledge in networking, CloudOps, DevOps, and automation.
• Knowledge of Python or other programming languages.
