What you will do
- Handle a high volume of user support requests via email, phone, and social media
- Act as the first point of contact for customers and partners
- Triaging incoming support issues and escalating bugs to the engineering team
- Provide outstanding service while resolving issues in a timely manner
- Identify trends to enhance the support process and improve user experience
- Help customers and partners use products effectively
Requirements
- Passionate about serving small businesses and being part of a growing startup
- Tech savvy with tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, and Confluence
- Excellent communicator, both in writing and over the phone
- Experience in customer service or customer support
- Adept at working well under pressure and with tight deadlines
