What you will do

• Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned departments, handling employee questions and coaching managers.
• Coordinate talent review and development initiatives in partnership with senior HR leaders.
• Assist with annual compensation reviews and support benefit programs.
• Ensure policies are understood and applied consistently across teams.
• Help implement and track engagement initiatives and champion Diversity & Inclusion programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, ideally with exposure to both HR operations and business partnering.
• Experience in technology or high-growth companies preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
