Director, Product Software (Software)

Zoox is developing the first ground-up, fully autonomous vehicle fleet and the supporting ecosystem required to bring this technology to market.

What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the ride-hailing platform.
• Lead the end-to-end development of the ride-hailing ecosystem, including user-facing app and backend systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, marketing, and fleet operations teams.
• Attract, hire, and inspire a high-performing engineering team.
• Advocate for the customer and define key metrics for product success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of leadership experience, managing teams of 50+.
• Hands-on experience deploying real products in complex systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling large software systems in a high-growth environment.
• 5+ years of leading products from inception to delivery.
