TL;DR

Executive Recruiter (Talent Acquisition): Driving specialized recruitment strategies for engineering and operational leadership roles with an accent on enhancing the executive professional network and brand. Focus on managing the full life cycle of executive recruitment, including candidate assessment and onboarding.

Location: This role will report out of our Foster City, CA office in a hybrid capacity (minimum of 3 days onsite)

Salary: $160,000 - $259,000 a year

What you will do

• Partner with executive leadership to get a clear view of the strategic hiring needs
• Devise and carry out a targeted research strategy
• Map role criteria, define position description, and document specifications
• Identify and engage prospective candidates using a variety of channels
• Conduct comprehensive candidate screens and manage the interview process
• Build out the framework for executive recruiting to ensure operational excellence

Requirements

• Deep understanding of the recruitment processes at the Director+ level in a hyper-growth, startup environment
• Experience managing complex technical roles
• Strong knowledge of candidates selection methods
• Excellent knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices)
• Effective negotiation, organization, influencing, and communication skills
