• Partner with the VP Sales, EMEA & APAC to define and drive strategic initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional programs to enhance go-to-market effectiveness.
• Analyze performance data and market dynamics to shape decision-making.
• Design and implement initiatives that streamline operations.
• Support capacity planning and forecasting in partnership with Sales Operations and Finance.
• Drive alignment between EMEA and APAC on best practices.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Business Operations, or GTM Leadership.
• Demonstrated success in improving sales productivity within SaaS organizations.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
