Full Stack Engineer (Healthcare)

Location: United States - Remote

Base salary: $210.8K–$248K, plus equity.

What you will do

• Design, build, scale, and support real-time and batch healthcare integrations.
• Develop secure integrations using REST-like APIs, FHIR, OAuth 2.0, mTLS, and third-party APIs.
• Deploy, troubleshoot, and support integrations with health system customers and external partners.
• Enhance integration systems for improved functionality, performance, stability, quality, and security.
• Improve code quality and documentation while reducing technical debt.
• Collaborate with engineering, implementation, support, product, design, machine learning, and infrastructure teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience launching business-critical integrations with large enterprises.
• 2+ years of VistA integration experience, including mPage Workflow components, Dynamic Documentation, and CCL.
• 2+ years of experience with healthcare data integrations and EHRs such as Oracle Health/VistA.
• Experience with REST-like APIs, FHIR, OAuth 2.0, and mTLS.
• Experience with Node.js/TypeScript and Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong communication skills, autonomy, self-direction, and ability to collaborate across domains.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with HL7 and X12.
• Experience with additional healthcare integration technologies.
