Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (Telehealth)

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must be physically residing in the US and authorized to work there on a full-time basis.

Salary: $142,000–$175,000 annually plus equity.

What you will do

• Architect, implement, test, and maintain critical product features using TypeScript, React, GraphQL, and Node.js.
• Build technology that supports providers and operations staff in delivering secure, efficient, and comprehensive telehealth care.
• Work across web interfaces, datastores, and cloud infrastructure to complete end-to-end projects.
• Collaborate with product managers, physicians, nurse practitioners, and other stakeholders to improve patient care.
• Uphold engineering standards, maintain codebase consistency, and deliver reliable product value.
• Mentor and support less experienced engineers while fostering inclusive collaboration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building, shipping, and maintaining scalable web applications and backend services.
• Experience leading and owning end-to-end projects with significant backend deliverables.
• Experience building commercial-grade web applications with modern open-source cloud technologies.
• Expertise in API design and data persistence layers.
• Experience with iterative agile delivery, CI/CD, and highly maintainable code.
• Must have full-time US work authorization and physically reside in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
