Full Stack Engineer (Node/React) - Remote USA (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States; approximately 10% travel to customer sites. Work must be performed in the U.S.; access from foreign locations and personal VPN connections is prohibited. Office reference: Reston, Virginia, United States.

Salary: $98,614–$202,850 per year.

What you will do

• Design and build cloud-based microservices and serverless applications.
• Develop and enhance React web applications and enterprise backend solutions using Node.js and related technologies.
• Translate diverse user requirements into solutions with Product Owners and UX designers.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, DevOps, test engineering, and support teams to improve quality and troubleshoot production issues.
• Contribute to code reviews, design reviews, development standards, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
• Design test solutions and automation from technical specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience with modern design patterns, enterprise-scale production systems, and Git.
• At least 1 year of professional experience building full-stack applications with React and Node.js.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
• Must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and perform all work in the U.S.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance and have lived in the U.S. for three full years out of the last five.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Professional experience developing production applications in Java.
