TL;DR

What you will do

  • Manage assigned business and a team of 3+ account managers, ensuring alignment with agency business responsibilities.
  • Set and ensure excellent customer service standards for buyer account management, acting as primary contacts for daily customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Americas Buyer Sales leadership to develop and communicate quarterly market strategies.
  • Be accountable for regional revenue goals for agency and marketer business, ensuring team members understand targets and KPIs.
  • Lead team initiatives focused on developing, coaching, mentoring employees, and optimizing processes.
  • Perform operational tasks including regional performance monitoring, custom report creation, and Salesforce utilization.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of programmatic experience, with a preference for direct AdTech experience.
  • 5+ years of management experience focused on mentorship and employee development.
  • Goal-oriented approach with a focus on adding value and delivering insights to grow client revenue.
  • In-depth knowledge of the online advertising industry, including ad serving, media trading, and RTB.
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision making and project management.
  • Native fluency in English is required.
