Member Solutions Representative (Fintech/Healthtech)

Location: Must attend in-person training in Maitland, FL for the first 4-6 weeks

Compensation: $16.50 per hour plus performance bonuses

• Must have a reliable broadband internet connection.
• Ability to handle complex customer interactions and exceptional communication skills.
• 1-2 years of customer service call center experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Location: Within a 4-hour drive of Maitland, FL.
