TL;DR

Account Executive (Sales): Owning the full sales cycle for small and midsize dental practices with an accent on understanding client needs and delivering measurable value. Focus on prospecting, closing new business, and managing a sales pipeline effectively.

Location: Austin, Texas (in office Monday - Thursday, flexibility on Friday)

Compensation: OTE is $100,000 (Base salary is $62,500)

What you will do

  • Own the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to collecting the first subscription payment
  • Prospect daily, conduct high-quality discovery, and tailor Torch's solution to dental practice needs
  • Consistently meet and exceed activity and revenue targets
  • Leverage proven sales playbooks while collaborating with teammates and leadership
  • Become a trusted expert on Torch’s platform and the dental industry
  • Track and manage pipeline in CRM (Salesforce)

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or tech-enabled services
  • Proven success with outbound prospecting and closing net-new business
  • Experience selling to SMBs
  • Excellent communication, listening, and consultative selling skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Strong organizational skills and pipeline management
