TL;DR

Junior Account Executive (SaaS): Driving outbound sales efforts and managing customer relationships with an accent on building a full-cycle sales career. Focus on high-volume cold calling, qualifying leads, and transitioning to closing deals.

Location: Austin, Texas (in office Monday - Thursday, flexibility on Friday)

What you will do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers
  • Conduct 90+ outbound cold calls per day to generate opportunities
  • Qualify accounts and build pipeline across dental practices
  • Shadow closing calls and gradually take on your own full demos
  • Utilize Salesforce and Dialpad to track sales activity
  • Work toward promotion to AE role with full closing ownership

Requirements

  • 9 months to 2 years of experience as a SDR in outbound sales
  • Demonstrated university involvement through sales-focused internships
  • Proven ability to handle high-volume outbound activity
  • Interest in building a full-cycle sales career
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
