What you will do

• Serve as the initial point of contact for all IT-related requests and inquiries.
• Provide assistance for application challenges and troubleshoot hardware issues for primarily Apple laptops, displays, and peripherals.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of troubleshooting procedures and technical solutions.
• Observe and contribute to the development of IT processes and policies.
• Work closely with the IT Engineering team and communicate on issues and project contributions.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure necessary tools while maintaining security.

Requirements

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for helping end-users.
• Experience in technical support with an understanding of macOS environment.
• Experience in managing user accounts and access with SaaS applications like Okta and Google Workspace.
• Ability to efficiently and creatively find solutions to problems.
• Exceptional communication skills, fluent in English, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
