IT Support Specialist

What you will do

• Manage access rights across all hirify.global tools, enforce information security policies, and continuously improve processes.
• Oversee and audit software licenses for all employees.
• Develop and implement solutions to enhance IT efficiency and update the internal knowledge base with documentation.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures for personnel.
• Respond to and resolve help desk tickets, providing timely support to employees, outsourcers, and franchise partners.
• Suggest improvements and approach problems with a data-driven mindset.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar IT support role.
• Experience with G Suite, Slack, Zoom, Okta, and/or Atlassian tools.
• Ability to document problems, workflows, and create guides effectively.
• Comfortable learning new technologies and embracing technical challenges.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and seek second opinions when needed.
• English: B2 required
• A strong drive, intelligence, and integrity are highly valued.
