What you will do

  • Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn to uncover business challenges and qualify leads.
  • Develop a deep understanding of hirify.global’s platform and effectively communicate its benefits to technical and business stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and ensure smooth opportunity handovers.
  • Use Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn, and other engagement tools to drive and manage your pipeline and track progress.
  • Influence how the team scales outreach, optimizes processes, and refines hirify.global’s sales motion.
  • Document and relay insights from conversations to help the organization stay current on trends and the developer tooling landscape.

Requirements

  • Based in the United States.
  • Driven and motivated by a quota.
  • Experience in a Sales Development or SaaS sales role, ideally with exposure to technical products or developer tooling.
  • A strong communicator with the ability to adapt your message to different audiences.
  • Naturally collaborative, enjoying working closely with a team, sharing what’s working and learning from others.
  • Open to feedback and continuous improvement, actively seeking input and using it to improve your craft.
