What you will do
- Drive the development and execution of the Workday strategy and roadmap, defining objectives that align with organizational goals and HR priorities.
- Provide strategic oversight for the administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of all Workday modules, ensuring system integrity and operational excellence across the entire platform.
- Design, implement, and monitor Workday security configurations and controls to ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Workday-related inquiries and support for users.
- Act as an advisor and mentor to the HRIS team, providing guidance and sharing expertise on complex Workday issues and solutions.
- Establish, develop and deliver training programs and documentation to enhance user proficiency and adoption of Workday
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in HRIS management or a similar role, with deep expertise in Workday HCM.
- Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and related career experience.
- Proven experience leading and managing Workday implementations, upgrades, and optimization projects.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes across various functional areas.
- Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to interpret data and manage multiple initiatives in a global, matrixed organization.
Nice to have
- Workday certifications in relevant modules are highly desirable.
- Experience with Workday Integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, Cloud Connectors, Workday Studio) is a strong plus.
