Location: Hybrid work in Berlin, Germany

What you will do
- Lead strategy and execution for full-cycle sales efforts across DACH.
- Turn complex policy and operational contexts into clear, data-driven business cases.
- Build durable, revenue-generating relationships with clients.
- Consult and educate on transit plans and funding opportunities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in sales or business development.
- Fluent in German (native-level) and English.
- A self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments.
- Strong commercial intuition and flexibility in pursuing opportunities.
