What you will do
- Develop strategies for partners by assessing their strengths and weaknesses to help them achieve ambitious goals.
- Build long-term relationships with partners by identifying pain points and providing solutions for service growth and revenue generation.
- Analyze service performance data to provide actionable recommendations to improve service quality, efficiency, and growth.
- Negotiate and sign contract renewals and service expansions to increase year-on-year revenue.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6+ years of relevant work experience, including client-facing experience.
- Proven ability to build relationships and remain calm under pressure.
- Quantitatively-inclined with the ability to draw insights from complex data sets.
- Self-starter with a growth mentality, thriving in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent team player with mentoring abilities.
- Comfortable with frequent travel to connect with partners face-to-face.
