What you will do

• Qualify and develop sales leads through outreach
• Cold call daily; expect to spend much of your day on the phone with prospects
• Build robust prospect lists and run outbound campaigns using our sales tech stack
• Set up meetings and demos for Account Executives
• Master hirify.global’s value proposition and explain it clearly to different audiences
• Leverage AI tools to scale outreach without losing precision

Requirements

• Passionate about crypto and actively engaged in the space
• 1+ year of SDR (or commercial sales) experience OR just graduated with evidence of success in competitive environments
• Communicates fluently in English, both written and spoken
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-contact environment
