What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives to consistently hit and exceed new supplier acquisition and revenue targets.
- Build a disciplined operating rhythm: weekly pipeline reviews, forecast accuracy checks, activity and conversion dashboards, call coaching, and deal strategy sessions.
- Drive sales process excellence: identify and scale opportunities across the funnel.
- Partner cross-functionally with Content, Operations, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to remove roadblocks, accelerate onboarding, and scale repeatable playbooks.
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and continuous development of A-players; foster an inclusive, high-trust, high-ownership team culture grounded in ethics and customer impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B sales including 2+ years leading high-velocity new business teams (e.g., SDR/AE or field acquisition) with a strong record of exceeding targets.
- Strong operational leader: builds repeatable systems, improves KPIs across the funnel.
- Exceptional coach and communicator: uplevels objection handling, negotiation, and executive storytelling.
- Data-driven and process-oriented: comfortable with sales tools and software—including CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools—for forecasting and performance management.
- Skilled negotiator with a win-win mentality; comfortable creating constructive tension and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; native-level fluency in the local language or proven negotiation ability in English/local language.
Nice to have
- Travel industry, marketplace, or travel tech experience is a plus; a relevant network in tourism is an advantage.
